We invite you to celebrate with us Earth Day 🌍 Connect to Mother Nature through a grounding yoga flow, a deeply relaxing sound bath followed by a shamanic drumming and cacao ceremony.

Charlotte will guide the group through a grounding, gentle but energising yoga flow, an opportunity to reconnect, to nature, to ground, to find or lay down new roots. Setting intentions for the spring season ahead - easing out of the cold winter months moving into Yang energy, manifesting ideas, plans, goals into the physical realm - a grounding, clarity finding, out of the mind back into the body class.

Cacao is more than chocolate, cacao is an intelligence that we cannot perceive with the mind, but with the heart; it is a spiritual dimension to connect with intuition and the deepest feelings of love and joy. We bring Mother Cacao Alchemy into your heart & into your space with a guided shamanic journey with Ana Ford, to connect with your essence and nature.

Kai Marie will then take the group on a deeply relaxing sound journey with Tibetan singing bowls, Venus gong tuned to the heart Chakra and many other beautiful instruments. Sound vibrations open, clear and balance the chakras while releasing stuck energy.
